Biotropika Park
The world's first backyard park with 3,500 cedars will be laid in Tsvelodubovo
Biotropika Park will become an international center for the development of the backyard discipline. More than 3,500 cedars will be planted on the grounds, a pond will be developed, a Boothman Bridge will be built and a running track will be constructed.
Residents are invited on May 10 at 11:00 a.m. in the village of Tsvelodubovo to personally plant a name tree, lay a time capsule and visit the field kitchen.
Plant your own cedar: On May 10 in the village of Tsvelodubovo, Leningrad Region, everyone will be able to plant their own name tree! 🌲
We invite everyone to take part in the foundation of the largest cedar park in Russia. An area of 3.8 hectares will be planted with 3,500 cedars.
It will be a family event, the program includes musicians and the laying of a time capsule: everyone can leave a message to the future (the capsule will be opened in 2046).
Shovels and gloves are provided by the organizers. A delicious lunch awaits all participants after the planting of the seedlings.
In addition to the cedars, the future park will include a soft-surfaced circular path for jogging and walking, as well as other spaces for recreation and sports.
